Store Policy

1. Orders Payments                                                                                                                            All orders must be paid in full before an order is processed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Orders will only be confirmed once payment has been received and successfully verified.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct:
Name and contact number
Delivery address
Product selection and quantities
We cannot be held responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.
2. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact the customer and offer an alternative product, a revised delivery date, or a refund where applicable.
3. Delivery
We offer delivery through our selected courier or delivery service.
Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location, courier availability, weekends, public holidays and circumstances outside our control.
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is subject to the courier's terms and conditions.
Customers must ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel at the supplied delivery address.
4. Installation
Unless specifically stated on the product listing or invoice, products are supplied for self-installation and installation is not included in the purchase price.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the product is suitable for the intended location and that it is installed correctly and securely.
Where professional installation is offered, installation charges and terms will be communicated separately.
5. Baby & Child Safety
Our products are designed to assist parents and caregivers with child-proofing their homes. They are not a substitute for adult supervision.
No baby-proofing product can guarantee that a child will never access a restricted area or object.
Parents and caregivers remain responsible for supervising children and assessing risks within their homes.
Always follow the product's installation instructions and safety recommendations.
6. Product Suitability
Before purchasing, customers should ensure that the selected product is suitable for their specific application, surface, door, cupboard, window, staircase or other installation area.
If you are unsure whether a product is suitable, please contact us before placing your order.
We will gladly assist where possible.
7. Returns & Exchanges
We want our customers to be happy with their purchases.
Unused and unopened products may be eligible for return or exchange, subject to our return requirements and applicable South African consumer law.
Products that have been installed, damaged, modified or used may not qualify for a return unless the product is defective or otherwise covered by applicable consumer protection legislation.
Customers should contact us as soon as possible if they wish to return or exchange an item.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Baby-proofing products should be inspected regularly for wear, damage, loose fittings or deterioration.
Replace any damaged or compromised safety product immediately.
